Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed in our system. However, if you notice an error in your shipping address, garment size, or chosen color variant, modifications are strictly permitted within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team via email immediately within this window.

How do I track my package?
Once your custom order has been meticulously crafted and handed over to our global courier partners, a shipping confirmation email containing a secure tracking link will be sent directly to your inbox.

2. Shipping & Delivery Workflow
How long will it take to receive my order?
To maintain premium luxury quality and reduce environmental waste, every NAKOVI garment is custom-made to order. Our fulfillment journey is divided into two phases:

Production & Processing Time: 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping & Transit Time: 6 - 9 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your beautifully packaged parcel to arrive within 9 - 14 business days from your original order date.

Can I open and inspect the package before accepting it?
No. To guarantee a fast, secure, and completely frictionless delivery experience with our international courier logistics, we do not support package inspection prior to delivery confirmation or signing. Rest assured, if you discover any structural manufacturing defects upon unboxing, your purchase is 100% protected under our Return & Exchange Policy.

3. Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
